National Parts Locator Service custom photos have evolved out of an enjoyment and love for automobiles, trucks and motorcycles. We have enjoyed muscle cars since the 1970's and have always looked for ways to make our automobiles stand out. Starting off by doing work for our own enjoyment, spectators would ask "Who did the pictures?" We started to offer our services to other car owners and have leveraged our automotive knowledge and creativity to focus on the automotive area. This business grew out of a hobby that began 25 years ago with family pictures and expanded as a way to share with others what we have done to display our own vehicles.

My first hands-on automotive experience was with a 1967 Mustang convertible that I restored from top to bottom between 1975 and 1977. That was then followed by a 1970 Mach 1 Mustang restoration between 1977 and 1981. These were both a learning experience since I had never done a restoration project before. There were many mistakes made along the way, but in the end I had fun. On the artistic side, it appears that my ability to work with cars first surfaced around 4 years old, when I carefully used a large paint brush and white house paint to customize my grandfathers blue car when no one was looking! Since then, I have improved my technique. In addition to custom art work, our automotive art covers topics from custom show boards, show boards, and making your automobile, truck or motorcycle appear on a magazine cover.

Many of the examples shown on these pages are examples of what we can do for you and your vehicle. Customers have taken our creations and displayed them in their garages, offices, and other places right next to their family photos.

National Parts Locator Service is a small business that prides in customer satisfaction. Each and every one of our works of art are custom done just for you with the intention that it would be something that we would display on our own walls. Many of the custom pictures we create for our clients can be seen displayed in your home. Our main focus is to create something that is unique and reflects exactly what the client is looking for.
